To enhance the Maruia experience we offer complimentary yoga, sauna infusions and wellness classes to all overnight guests. Our yoga classes are run daily and are facilitated by our amazing experienced residential yoga teachers and welcome all levels and abilities.

Discover the powers of hot & cold (contrast) bathing in our daily “signature sauna infusion”, guided by our resident sauna master. Begin by learning the benefits of hot & cold therapy while seated in the hot rock sauna infused with essential oils, then refresh with a cold plunge ritual, and finish with our homemade natural mineral clay masks – an experience not to be missed!
