Accommodation at Maruia Hot Springs is peaceful, comfortable and relaxing. We have 20 individual rooms and 10 glamping pods of various styles including options for families, groups and couples. All room rates include the unlimited access to the indoor and outdoor natural hot pools, saunas and steam room after check in at 3 pm until 9 pm on the day of check out.

To fully enhance the Maruia experience we offer a set of complimentary wellness activities to all overnight guests. Our wellness program includes our guided ‘signature sauna infusions’ with home-made treatments, daily wellness classes and a guided nature trail walk.

Escape from the world from technology for a few days. In true health and wellness destination style, we do not have TVs (apart from superiors rooms), radios or a telephone in your room as the emphasis is on quiet escape. Mobile phone coverage is also limited, however wifi is available upon purchase.

Travel with the family and enjoy our spacious 2 bedroom family room. One room has a queen bed and the other two single beds and space for a crib. The rooms are comfortable and have private terraces to connect guests and children to nature. Rooms overlook the terrace and lawn space where kids can play outside. All accommodation guests gain 24hr access to the sauna and bathing facilities, as well as wellness activities to enjoy throughout your stay.

Newly reconstructed rooms with breath-taking views of the valley and mountains beyond via floor- to-ceiling windows, a private terrace, a plush king bed, 2 queens or up to three singles, and custom-made furnishings throughout, creating a tactile and tranquil space. Showers with locally made bath products and cosy robes and towels make this room a comfortable stay.

Glamping Pod

Our new glamping pods are beautifully styled with simple, modern and natural interiors. The pods look out to spectacular river and mountain views. Unwind in your private heated pod whilst maintaining a connection to nature and your picturesque surroundings. All pod bookings enjoy complimentary access to thermal pools and saunas, towels & robes and our wellness activities. Each pod includes a queen bed, writing table, heated towel rail and mood lighting. Pod guests share use of the campers’ showers and adjacent toilets as the pods are not equipped with ensuite bathrooms.

Deluxe Glamping Pod

The new deluxe glamping pods are larger and include a sofa for extra relaxation. The sofa can convert to a bed to sleep four guests or provide more space to reconnect with loved ones. These are beautifully styled with simple, modern and natural interiors. The pods look out to spectacular river and mountain views. Unwind in your private heated pod whilst maintaining a connection to nature and your picturesque surroundings. All pod bookings enjoy complimentary 24hr access to thermal pools and saunas, towels & robes and our wellness program. Each pod includes, a writing table, heated towel rail and mood lighting. Pod guests share use of the campers’ showers and adjacent toilets as the pods are not equipped with ensuite bathrooms.
