Maruia Hot Springs restaurant launches Pure New Zealand menu.
Today Maruia Hot Springs began the process of updating its old Japanese styled dinner menu to a Pure New Zealand dining experience.
Over the next couple of weeks, the company will work with executive chef Phil Smart to finalise the new menu.
From Friday 22nd July 2016 guests arriving at the Maruia Hot Springs restaurant can expect classic dishes like the twice-baked Pork belly as well as new items such as a delicious Canterbury beef fillet.
Managing Director James White said, “We’re really excited about the new menu launch. The menu offers something new and exciting, which ties in with our vision of Maruia Hot Springs becoming a pure New Zealand bathing experience. It’s a great reflection of who we are and where we want to take the company.”
Once the new menu has been finalized a PDF version will be available to download from the Maruia Hot Springs website.
